Inland Appraisers Ltd. provides professional real estate appraisals and consulting services for all types of residential properties.  Our full service residential division specializes in providing residential real estate appraisals and consulting services across the South and Central Okanagan, to Summerland, Peachland, Kelowna, Princeton, Oliver, Osoyoos, Rock Creek and Grand Forks/Christina Lake. Also serving the Resort communities of Big White, Apex Mountain and Mt. Baldy.  

Residential appraisals estimate the current market value of single family properties as at a specific date.  These appraisals are typically completed on an industry standard form report, and include descriptions of the property based on an in-depth inspection, an analysis of current market conditions and comparable properties, as well as maps, bylaw information and photographs of the property.  As with any appraisal, the scope of the analysis will vary depending on the property type and purpose of the appraisal.

Keith earned a diploma in Criminology at Mount Royal College then completed a BA degree in pre-Law Studies at the University of Calgary. He has also studied architectural technologies and is currently completing UBC business courses for his appraisal designation.

Keith began working in Appraisal in Nanaimo with BC Assessment and moved to fee Appraisal in Calgary. There he worked with Linnell Taylor Lipman and T.R. Moore & Associates. He then moved to Commercial Appraisal with The Altus Group before being asked to work with the Real Estate Council of Alberta as an investigator. Keith Moved to Penticton in 2005 and again worked with the BC Assessment before moving to Fee Appraisal with Inland Appraisers and Schoenne Appraisal. Keith is now partner at Inland Appraisers.

Keith has been involved in construction and general contacting through university and in real estate investments since.

Fee structure

Our services are contracted solely of a fee basis. When the scope of an assignment is clearly definable, we will set a fixed fee. Various situations however, may not allow the predetermination of a specific amount. A minimum and maximum fee will be established in such instances.
