OUR VISION

Inland Appraisers Ltd. is an independent okanagan real estate appraisal firm committed to delivering industry leading real estate valuations tailored to meet individual client needs. With over 30 years of experience in the Southern Okanagan area, (Penticton, Kelowna, Osoyoos, Peachland, Summerland) you can rest assured that our knowledge and expertise results in highly detailed real estate valuations that adhere to Appraisal Institute of Canada Guidlines and are supported by factual market data.

We maintain a diversified set of clients that require specialized services including mortgage financing, matrimonial valuations, complex litigation appraisals, relocation appraisals and tax & estate settlement appraisals. Our clients include major lending institutions, private lenders, mortgage brokers, appraisal management firms, mortgage insurance companies, government organizations, legal firms, relocation companies, investors and private individuals.

Members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada

The Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) is a self-regulated body, and has established a standard-based Professional Practice model that is responsive, transparent and accountable to the public and AIC members alike.

The Institute employs a Counsellor of Professional Practice. The Counsellor of Professional Practice is the first point of contact and as such is dedicated to serving the public interest by responding to various types of queries. In this regard, the counsellor registers consumer concerns and complaints related to the service of an AIC member with the assurance of confidentiality and expedient action. The counsellor provides expert advice on the application of the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice to members of the Institute as an educational service.

The Institute’s professional practice includes oversight of Standards and Code of Ethics.

The Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) is Canada’s leading real property valuation association with over 5,500 members across the country and around the world. Since 1938, the AIC has worked collaboratively with its 10 affiliated provincial associations to grant the distinguished Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI™) and Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA™) designations.

Careers

Position available for an experienced AACI in the Okanagan area. The qualified applicant will be proficient in a variety of IC & I appraisal assignments, with existing client base an added asset.

Position available for a CRA with appraisal experience in the Okanagan. The qualified applicant will be proficient in a variety of residential appraisal assignments, with existing client base an added asset.

Position available for a candidate member of the AIC working towards their professional designation.
